Requirements for surrogate mothers:
- permanent residence in Ukraine;
- age from 20 to 35 years;
- having one or two healthy children of your own;
- absence of bad habits;
- no problems with the law;
- absence of mental illness;
- psychological readiness to participate in the program;
- physical health (absence of serious diseases, such as skin, venereal (including hepatitis B and C, HIV, syphilis), hereditary and genetic diseases, reproductive pathologies). Absence of an unsuccessful medical history of pregnancy and childbirth, including spontaneous abortion;
mandatory receipt of written consent of your legal spouse (if available);
Conditions:
- The Center covers all costs for the medical examination, travel to the interview (if the candidate is in another city) and screening.

What is surrogacy?This is a process involving three people: a surrogate mother and a couple (genetic parents) who are unable to conceive or carry a child on their own.
During this program, embryos obtained by fusing the egg and sperm of the genetic parents are transferred into the uterine cavity of the surrogate mother.

What are the stages of the surrogacy program?
In general, first you undergo an interview at our Center, then you undergo all the necessary medical examinations. After positive results, we introduce you to a couple who wants to participate in the program. If you are suitable for each other, a notarial contract is signed with the relevant points about the rights, obligations of the parties and the payment procedure, as well as additional documents (if necessary). The next stage is the direct implantation of the embryo into the uterine cavity of the surrogate mother and the subsequent pregnancy. During the 9 months of carrying the child, you periodically undergo medical and psychological examinations to confirm the normal development of the fetus and your good health.
Immediately after childbirth, in the maternity hospital, the child is transferred to the genetic parents for upbringing and further registration of documents for him. If there are no complications, you can immediately be discharged from the maternity hospital and return to your family together with the compensation received for completing the program.

Can they take my egg for fertilization with the sperm of the genetic father, followed by implantation and carrying it by me?
NO. According to Ukrainian law, a woman who carried a child as a participant in a surrogacy program DOES NOT have rights to the child as a mother. ONLY the genetic parents are recorded on the birth certificate.

Will I, as a surrogate mother, have any rights to the child I carry under this program?
No. Confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed for all participants in the egg donation program. Recipients of gametes can only receive information about your phenotype – height, weight, hair and eye color, blood type and Rh factor, nationality, education.
